Our Battle Born Marines are community leaders helping to lead community support efforts. Members of our detachment lead the regions Devil Pups program and the Toys for Tots Campaign for Washoe County.

The Background

As a detachment we maintain the Marine Corps Memorial at the Northern Nevada Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Fernley, NV. We are honored to maintain the site for our past, present, and future Marines.

TOYS FOR TOTS

Toys for Tots is a nation wide program that helps less fortunate children throughout the United States experience the joy of Christmas; to play an active role in the development of one of our nation’s most valuable resources – our children.  Here in Washoe County our detachment has led the local efforts to make this happen since 2011. Whether you're interested in helping in the warehouse, the office, or driving around give us a call.

DEVIL PUPS

The Devil Pups Program is a nationwide effort that challenges, educates and help young boys and girls of all backgrounds to learn self-confidence and responsibility for their actions.
